This dressing had a really good flavor, with the basil & balsamic vinegar. It was light & perfect for my taste, my husband liked it too & he's a picky guy with simple taste buds. It turned out a dark green color. (Note: I had to substitute scallions for the shallots
I will be making it again, anytime I have fresh basil. definitely try!

So delicious and perfectly balanced in flavor! My new favorite dressing! A great way to use my home grown,garden fresh Greek Basil. So light and refreshing!
