flat top griddled shrimp burger w/ melted Oaxaca cheese, chipotle mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado-mango radish, shredded potatoes; "that right there, in my expecation level of burgers--that is about as high as they go. Outstanding!" -Guy Fieri; looks good!
