house cured pork belly pastrami, sliced brisket, swiss cheese, sauteed "sour kraut", house "camwow" sauce served on a locally made pumpernickel bun; looks good - Smoked Chicken Wings
brined, rubbed, & smoked...then flashed fried,
served dry or tossed in one of the house sauces; Guy liked the accompanying "Black Magic" sauce; looks good

flat top griddled shrimp burger w/ melted Oaxaca cheese, chipotle mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado-mango radish, shredded potatoes; "that right there, in my expecation level of burgers--that is about as high as they go. Outstanding!" -Guy Fieri; looks good!
