Spanish octopus poached in white wine w/ lemon & garlic, grilled & topped w/ olive oil, cabernet vinegar, pepper & herbs - Veal, Lamb & Ricotta Meatballs
pan-fried veal & lamb meatballs blended w/ ricotta cheese, served over fresh pasta w/ house tomato sauce, topped w/ aged parmesan; "that is--without question--one of the most tenter, fluffiest, lightest, flavorful meatballs I've ever had...that would go in the Flavortown Hall of Fame" -Guy Fieri; looks good!
